Tuition


Upon admission; a onetime non-refundable registration fee of $40.00 per child (all ages) is required. Summer camp contract registration fee is $40.00 per year. Payment obligation is based on reserved time in this agreement not on actual time used. Payment for reserve time is required whether your child(ren) is actually present or not. If there is more than one full-time child in a family to be cared for (exclude school-agers), you will receive a $10 discount for each additional child according to their age category.

ADDITIONAL RATES:

   An additional $10.00 per day (up to $150.00per week) per child will be added when school-age children (5-12yrs) are present in Edith’s Home Care, during teacher workdays, snow days, etc.
                                                                                
   An additional $5.00 per day per child will be added when school-age children  (5-12yrs) are present in Edith’s Home Care, during delayed openings and early dismissal.


VACATION/HOLDING FEES  

       Each child is entitled to two weeks (Mon-Fri) of vacation per year (Sept-June) under their Fall Contract and two weeks (Mon-Fri) of vacation per year under their Summer Contract (June-Aug). Parents will be charged a vacation/holding fee per child for each week to maintain child’s position within Edith’s Home Care. Any additional weeks of vacation will be full price. Parents must complete and return an Edith’s Home Care Vacation Form two weeks prior to the date of child(ren) vacation in order to receive this discount. Vacation/Holding fees are due before child(ran) vacation.


   Edith’s Home Care will be closed three weeks during each year (Jan-Dec) for providers paid vacation. Parents will be charged a vacation/holding fee per child for each of our vacations. Vacation/holding fees are due before our vacation. If your child(ran) takes their vacation during Edith’s Home Care vacation, they are still entitled to their two weeks’ vacation per contract. Providers will post vacation weeks no later than February of every year. This will allow parents enough time to make other arrangements for their children if needed.

METHOD AND TERMS OF PAYMENT:

   Tuitions are due on child(ren)’s first day of childcare. Tuitions must be paid before care. Parents may pay their child(ren’s) tuition by credit, debit, check, money order, or cash. Parents may choose to pay their child(ren’s) tuition on the 1st, 15th, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.  Parents may choose to pay their child(ren’s) tuition weekly, bye-weekly or monthly.


HOLIDAYS:

   Edith’s Home Care will be closed the following days and All federal holidays, and when the federal government is closed for any reason. All days listed below and anytime the Federal Government is closed are paid days for providers:
